The TRANSFORMATION LEADERSHIP Certificate series is an accelerated education program designed for professionals wanting to build leadership skills in continuous improvement. The curriculum is composed of 20 courses that integrates Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development and Systems Theory. The program uses a Project-Based approach to strengthen hands-on application, while also teaching the science behind strategic leadership. At the end of the series, participants will be able to:

  • Steer through organizational barriers
  • Lead using Servant Style Leadership
  • Adapt the transformation plan using systems thinking
