The health and safety of all students, teachers, and customers will always be adequately safeguarded. We are committed to maintaining a respectful and professional learning environment where harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. The types of behavior and/or actions that will result in dismissal are acts of violence, harassment, plagiarizing, cheating, repeated attendance issues, inappropriate or offensive language, disrespecting others, stealing, dress code compliance and not following safety procedures during emergencies or brining items prohibited to the instruction area (i.e. weapons, drugs). Students who experience or witness harassment should report it immediately to the program administrator; which can be made by following the Complaint Process. All reports will be kept confidential, and a thorough investigation will be conducted by designated staff members within a reasonable timeframe.

Due to the nature of the Continuous Improvement profession, some reasonable accommodations may or may not be made for students. If you have any questions about accommodations, please discuss them prior to enrolling.  All accommodations will be justifiable based on the functional position description and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.


General Admissions Requirements 

Prospective students will need to complete and email the registration form with the required registration fee.


General applicants must:

1.            Be at least 18 years old

2.            Driver’s license and / or proof of identification with picture

3.            Have a valid high school diploma, GED or equivalent

4.            Must complete the application process


Grounds for Termination of Agreement                

 a. Inadequate funds for tuition

b. No call, no show at scheduled instruction dates / times                                                                              

c. Falsified admission information

d. Violation of code of conduct  


Process for Termination of Agreement:                                 

Student will be notified in writing that the agreement has been terminated, and the grounds for termination. The student has (7) days to file a complaint if disagrees with the termination offense. Complaint process will be followed to determine course of action.                        


Refund Policy (Applicable for Credit Course Work lasting 40-hrs)

1. A student is entitled to a full refund if one (1) or more of the following criteria are met:

(a) The student cancels the enrollment agreement or enrollment application within six (6) business days after signing.

(b) The student does not meet the postsecondary proprietary educational institution's minimum admission requirements.

(c) The student's enrollment was procured as a result of a misrepresentation in the written materials utilized by the postsecondary proprietary educational institution.

(d) If the student has not visited the postsecondary educational institution prior to enrollment, and, upon touring the institution or attending the regularly scheduled orientation/classes, the student withdrew from the program within three (3) days.


2. A student withdrawing from an instructional program, after starting the instructional program at a postsecondary proprietary institution and attending one (1) week or less, is entitled to a refund of ninety percent (90%) of the cost of the financial obligation, less an application/enrollment fee of ten percent (10%) of the total tuition, not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100).


3. A student withdrawing from an instructional program, after attending more than one (1) week but equal to or less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the duration of the instructional program, is entitled to a refund of seventy-five percent (75%) of the cost of the financial obligation, less an application/enrollment fee of ten percent (10%) of the total tuition, not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100).


4. A student withdrawing from an instructional program, after attending more than twenty-five percent (25%) but equal to or less than fifty percent (50%) of the duration of the instructional program, is entitled to a refund of fifty percent (50%) of the cost of the financial obligation, less an application/enrollment fee of ten percent (10%) of the total tuition, not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100).


5. A student withdrawing from an instructional program, after attending more than fifty percent (50%) but equal to or less than sixty percent (60%) of the duration of the instructional program, is entitled to a refund of forty percent (40%) of the cost of the financial obligation, less an application/enrollment fee of ten percent (10%) of the total tuition, not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100).


6. A student withdrawing from an institutional program, after attending more than sixty percent (60%) of the duration of the instructional program, is not entitled to a refund.


Schedule and Payment Terms

Continuous Learning Credits: 1 CLP per hour and 10 CLPs per CLC

(Continuous Learning Point – CLP & Continuous Learning Credit – CLC)

Fees: $100 registration fee per student (not refundable)

Books and supplies: Included in the cost of the Certificate and / or Program when required.

Terms of Payment: Electronic payment (i.e. Venmo @Phillip-Marksberry)
