The Consultant Kaizen Module is the fourth and final module of the Transformational Leadership Certificate. Included in this module are 5 courses: IE 104 Process Variation, IE 108 Plant Layout & Design, OD 212 Learning Organization, OD215 Strategic Planning, and ST 319 Systems Theory & Redrawing Transformation Maps. 1. Data analysis 2. Cost of Poor Quality 3. Internal auditing 4. Part to machine grouping 5. Process flow diagrams 6. Plan for Every Part (PFEP) 7. Deploy a problem-solving platform 8. Quality Circles 9. Jishukens (Management Directed Kaizen) 10. Internal and external planning 11. Linkages to HR Systems 12. Structured collaboration 13. The nature of open and dynamic systems 14. Tenants of systems theory 15. System design This module represents 5 courses offered in 1-hour segments. Instruction is offered online, Monday through Friday, by live instructors, in the evenings. A $100 registration fee is included. Pre-requisites: Shop Floor Kaizen Module 1, Promotion Office Kaizen Module 2, and the Leadership Kaizen Module 3.
