Learn how to build the next generation of leaders that are focused on the voice of the customer and serving employees. This module will teach how incentives can be used to build organizational capabilities and how work roles can be designed to meet the strategic vision. Various other topics are also introduced, to help future leaders to manage escalations, change points and trends in performance. The Leadership Kaizen Module is the third of four modules of the Transformational Leadership Certificate. Included in this module are 5 courses: IE 103 Source Quality, IE 107 Operations Management, OD 210 Transformational Leadership, OD 216 Human Resources and ST 320 Lean Assessment. 1.
