The Shop Floor Kaizen Module is the first of four modules to complete the Transformational Leadership Certificate. Included in this module are 5 courses: IE 101 Methods Engineering, IE102 Problem Solving, OD209 Meeting Facilitation and PDCS, OD211 Role of the Team Leader and ST318 Social Technical Systems. The goal of joint optimization 14. Designing social-technical roles 15. Regulating ST systems This module represents 5 courses offered in 1-hour segments. Instruction is offered online, Monday through Friday, by live instructors, in the evenings. A $100 registration fee is included.
